About us

The activity of CDIMM Maramures Foundation is made through 5 departments:

1. Counselling and training department, is functioning in CDIMM Maramures Foundation’s Office – this activity is one of the most important one of the Foundation’s activity, started from the setting up of the organisation. This department acts in 2 fields:
· general and specialised counselling & training courses

2. Business Incubator – located on Melodiei str. No. 2, Baia Mare, with a surface of 1.550 sqm, is one of the biggest investments of CDIMM Maramures (196.000 USD). At this moment in the Incubator function 27 private companies.

3. Europe Direct Centre Maramures - hosted by CDIMM Maramures Foundation, it is part of the Europe Direct Information Centre Network and offers acces to the Maramures citizens to specific information services, assistance and consultance on european themes. 4. Regional Centre for Promotion and Protection of Industrial Property Maramures was founded in 1999, at OSIM (The Romanian patent office) and CDIMM Maramures initiative and it is part of CDIMM Maramures Foundation. The Centre is integrated in a national network, formed by 14 regional centres and it is co-ordinated by the OSIM Bucharest, which insures the documentary basis as well as the necessary research. 5. “Financing sources” Department – it facilitates the access to financing sources of SMEs from Maramures county and it is one of the main activities of the organisation. It acts in 2 major fields:
- helping SMEs willing to get a grant or a loan
- attracting and management of funds, designated to regional SMEs
